About this Program

Return to Fitness with Jenna is a 4 week program specifically for the Mommas!

​

Series begins August 18th

​

  • 60 min Sessions offered Wednesday & Friday 10:15am

  • 8 Sessions total

  • Small Group atmosphere - that means lots of 1:1 attention!

  • Special Series Bonus! 30-min 1:1 session with Jenna ($30 Value)* with purchase of entire series

  • $20/Session

Build Confidence & Strength

The goal of this program is to help you build confidence and strength while empowering you with the tools and support you need during this transitional season of your life.

All moms welcome

babies, too!

It doesn’t matter if you are pregnant, 6 weeks postpartum or many years; if you are interested in learning more about your core, pelvic floor, and building a solid foundation of full body strength, this program is for you.

The goal of this program is to help you

  • reestablish core and pelvis stability

  •  improve your posture

  • build full body strength

​

  • increase the core and glute strength necessary for a return to more high intensity workouts.

Whether you just want to feel strong in your body or you have a goal of picking up a heavy Barbell, this is where it all starts!

program details

Each week we will progress our fitness so that by the end of the series, you will be ready to return to your favorite group classes or pre-baby fitness level and activities safely and confidently.

 

Wednesday's Class

will focus on pre/rehab for the Core+Pelvic Floor with bodyweight + bands to reestablish functional movement patterns.

 

Friday's Class

will focus on Full Body Strength Training with an emphasis on core+pelvis stability and re-introduction to conditioning.

 

Participants will receive a Core+Pelvic Floor "How-to" PDF, along with weekly take-home Core+Pelvic Floor workouts + cardio recommendations to supplement the program.

 

*Bonus: 30 min One-on-One session must be used within 90 days of series. Can also be used towards a 60 min 1:1 session. ($30 value)

Who Are We
