Bootcamp 

Iron Root's foundational program! This is a full body workout that utilizes strength and conditioning in circuit style training. A variety of equipment is used. 60 minutes

Perfect for all levels, from beginner to advanced. This class offers the perfect blend of stretch and relaxation for a rooted, yet uplifted mind and body. 60 minutes

Mat Pilates

Done on the mat, it is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core while also training your arms and legs. 60 minutes

Functional HIIT - pairing high intensity movements with cardio bursts. Must love burpees! 60 minutes

Intensive cardio bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and deep core engagement woven into a dynamic and ever evolving vinyasa class. The music is loud and the beat is strong. 60 minutes
