I'm Jenna Bodle
I'm a wife, mother of three, horse hoarder, chicken wrangler and plant collector. I have 15 years of experience in helping people with their fitness - from teaching yoga, helping clients pick up a barbell for the first time, to Pre&Postnatal Fitness for the mamas! I love teaching people the basics of functional movement and how to train and move in a way that supports the life they want to live! I help my clients build confidence & strength in their bodies so they can do more of the things they love, in and OUTSIDE of the gym!
