Hey there!

I'm Jenna Bodle

I'm a wife, mother of two (with a third on the way!), a horse hoarder, chicken wrangler and plant collector. I have over a decade of experience in helping people with their fitness - from yoga, barbells, Kettlebells, and Pre&Postnatal Fitness for the mamas! I love teaching people the basics of functional movement and how to train and move in a way that supports the life they want to live! I help my clients build confidence & strength in their bodies so they can do more of the things they love, in and OUTSIDE of the gym!
